Acorn Cottage is located in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, in the popular village of Aberfoyle. This single storey cottage is beautifully presented, with great attention to details. The lounge has two leather sofas, a large wood burning stove and large picture windows making the room bright and airy. There is a large kitchen, fully fitted and well equipped with a dining area. The kitchen has access straight onto the decking at the side of the property leading to a spacious garden with raised patio area. From the back of the garden there is direct access onto the hillside and ancient woodland. Both bedrooms are beautifully co ordinated, with satellite TV and DVD. This fantastic cottage is nestled down a quiet lane yet only 500 yards from all the village amenities. Guests of Acorn Cottage are welcome to the use of free river and loch side fishing. Loch Ard (4 miles) is simply stunning, with small islands and a crannog to explore; boat hire is available on the loch.
