The River Spey
The river Spey is the home of speycasting and is one of Scotland’s big four salmon rivers. The major attraction of this river is the size and length of its stream – in the middle and lower parts of the river it falls on average 12 feet per mile – the greatest of any British river. The season runs from the 11th of February to the 30th of September.
