Boat trips to see the seals, dolphins and whales run from Armadale harbour. The ferry also sails from here across to Mallaig on the mainland. The Sleat peninsular is an ideal holiday base for the nature lover, surrounded by superb walking, climbing, bird watching and beautiful fauna and flora. It also offers easy access to a wealth of historical sites and places of interest. The fairy tale castle of Eilean Donan, the sea port of Kyle of Lochalsh, the otter centre at Kyleakin, numerous distilleries and ancient historical sites are all within easy reach. Although this property does accept one pet, there is a kennels just 1/2 mile from the property if you want to bring more than one.
