Glendevin provides exceptionally generous accommodation for up to 12 visitors. There is a large lounge, a very spacious dining area, a modern kitchen and three good sized bedrooms on the ground floor, all en suite. On the first floor is a superb family bedroom, another en suite double bedroom as well as a separate bathroom. A delightful feature of the property is the first floor balcony/decking area. With a number of outdoor dining table and chairs and two BBQs it enjoys amazing views across the adjoining hills and distant mountains from its elevated position - a wonderful venue for al fresco dining with plenty of space for all. There is a further large decking area on the ground floor which is fully enclosed.

Just 2 miles from the village of Onich and 8 miles from Fort William, known as the 'outdoor capital of the UK', It is an ideal property for two families or larger groups wishing to explore this wonderful part of Scotland. The small village of Inchree has superb walks which meander around waterfalls and woods, with views over Loch Linnhe and across to the islands. There is a wealth of activities right on the doorstep. Climbing and hill walking in this area are second to none and the Ben Nevis range offers an amazing variety of other sporting activities all year round, including para gliding, skiing, snowboarding and a world class mountain bike course. Close by is an excellent outdoor adventure activity centre offering a wide range of exhilarating activities including white water rafting and power kiting. The less energetic can take a spectacular ride on the gondola that runs up the side of Aanoch Mor and enjoy a meal at the famous mountain restaurant at the top or take a cycle ride along the scenic Great Glen Cycle route that runs along the side of the Caledonian canal (bikes available to hire locally). In the summer months the West Highland steam train, or 'Hogwart's Express' of Harry Potter fame, runs along a wonderfully scenic route through to Mallaig. For the food gourmet there are several excellent restaurants in the area and less than 100 yards from Glendevin the "Four Seasons Bistro" is one of the best. There is a small play park opposite the house and the stream and woods offer an exciting play area for younger visitors. Fort William, just 8 miles away, offers and excellent selection of restaurants, pubs and local shops as well as a superb swimming pool and leisure centre. The beautiful Ardnamurchan Peninsular is also well worth a visit. It is the most westerly point on the British Isles and boasts stunning white shell beaches, with views of the Hebrides and a wealth of wildlife. Take the Corran car ferry just 5 minutes drive away across Loch Linnhe and return via the ' road to the isles' for a truly memorable day out. Fishing, golf, numerous water sports and boat trips are all available locally.
