There is no doubt that St Andrews is one of the most famous golf courses in the world and there are a number of courses to tackle when visiting.

The Old Course, as the name suggests is the oldest course on the site, in fact it's the oldest of its kind in the world. People are thought to have started playing golf here way back in the 12th Century.

The open Championship has been staged at the Old Course at St Andrews 28 times. The most recent being in 2010 whilst the 2nd Woman's British Open is scheduled for 2013!

Kingsbarn Golf Links opened in 2000 and was designed by Kyle Philips. Every hole on the course offers inspiring views of the North Sea.

The Dukes opened in 1995 and was recently included in the Golf World's Top 100 courses in Britain and Ireland. The terrain provides spectacular panoramic views across country and coast and the sheltered inland location allows for a less breezy game!
