From the moment you contact our business, we take a very pro-active role advising and marketing your property.
All new cottages appear immediately on our website, we produce monthly new cottage supplements and two main brochure production runs each year. There is no delay marketing your property.
We run all year round marketing and advertising plans that we know, through experience produce the greatest response and yield the maximum number of bookings for our owners.
A personal, friendly and local service
We have holiday property consultants based throughout Scotland offering our owners a one to one service and professional advice on every aspect of what makes a good holiday letting prospect.
Our central call centre is based in Carlisle and opens 364 days a year from 9am to 9pm (Sat 9am to 5:30pm). This unique aspect of our business means our door is always open to customers.
