The Wing of Crosswoodhill Farmhouse is attractively screened by dense rhododendron bushes and trees, and situated well back and across the road from the farm buildings. Guests can relax in their garden and absorb the peaceful atmosphere after a day’s touring or strenuous activity. The Wing is in the middle of the farmhouse with a cosy multi-fuel stove in the small ground floor living room and the benefit of a second, first floor living room is a real bonus. Dating from the 18th Century with original pine window panelling, shutters and doors, this is a quirky, characterful cottage.
