Sky View is a spectacular new build detached house, finished to an exceptional standard, with solid oak floors downstairs and oak finishes throughout. All the main rooms enjoy stunning views out to the sea, over to the Isle of Bute and Rothesay, in the distance you can see the mountains of north Arran. As the property name states it has an amazing ’sky view’, with a south facing location you can enjoy the sun rising and setting. There are ten acres of grazing farmland on two sides of the property which is located at the end of a quiet road. The lounge has a fantastic oak fireplace with a state of the art remote controlled glass fronted gas fire. The stylish white curved kitchen units are finished off with solid oak worktops and open plan to the dining area provides a fabulous living space for all the family. The sun lounge is located at the heart of the house with low windows meaning you can sit back, relax and enjoy the view and catch a glimpse of the wildlife outside from swans to grey seals or even dolphins and an array of birds of prey. All three bedrooms enjoy the luxury of en suite facilities. At the top of the oak staircase is a beautiful glass balustrade balcony which has a superb view out through the six velux style roof windows and overlooks the sun lounge area below. With direct open access down to the shoreline you can launch a canoe or kayak to explore the coastline. Alternatively, you could just sit on a rock and try your hand at a spot of fishing. The quiet roads round this peninsula make them ideal for cycling.
