The local area offers a wealth of sporting opportunities and places of interest for the visitor. The nearby town of Nairn, just 7 miles away, is a delightful seaside town. With its Victorian promenades, award winning sandy beaches and lovely traditional harbour, it provides an ideal location for a wonderful Highland holiday. This coast is also renowned for its sea life, particularly the bottle nosed dolphins and colonies of seals that are regularly spotted close to shore. Visit the Cairngorm Reindeer herd, the only freely roaming reindeer in the British Isles or be pulled through the foothills of the mountains by the local husky team.
