Complete with fluffy towels, bathrobes and good quality linen in the bedrooms, everything is designed to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is relaxing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary use of some leisure facilities at the nearby hotel, which is just a 2-minute walk away, these being the gym and spa treatment room. Also available are a wide range of beauty treatments and massages from the in-house therapists, which could be just the ticket after a long day walking, cycling or out on the golf course. The popular restaurants and bars within the hotel offer a wide range of meals and snacks to suit all tastes.


Amongst the many activities available are golf, mountain biking with some super forest trails close by, loch and river fishing, hill walking, bowls, tennis and pony trekking to name but a few. Brora is an excellent base for exploring this unspoilt part of the Northern Highlands. Take a day trip to John O’ Groats, the stunning Orkney Islands, the Highland capital of Inverness, Loch Ness or the Moray and West coastlines. Summer visitors to the Highlands (mostly July and August) may not want to miss the annual Highland Games, which are held across the Highlands and are a unique spectacle of athletic, dancing and piping events which should not be missed!
